Beginner Class

These classes are essential for new clients or anyone returning to us after an injury.

This class is designed to build a strong foundation and understanding the basics of pilates. This total body workout is ideal for those who are new to pilates, but is challenging enough for experienced clients who want to refine their skills and concentrate on the fundamentals of pilates.

We recommend 3-5 beginner classes to get you familiar with the machines and basic pilates technique. The beginner class is the perfect way to prepare you for the next level of classes we have available at our studio.

Our all level class is open to every level. The teacher will give modified exercises to make the class easier or more advanced for each individual. Please note this will be a little bit more complex than a beginner class.

This total body workout is challenging enough for New pilates clients and more experienced clients who want to refine their skills and concentrate on the fundamentals of pilates.

The next level reformer pilates class focused on toning and sculpting all areas of the body.

Recommended Prerequisite:
3-5 Beginner Reformer classes at Pilates 13 or other Reformer & Equipment Pilates training

This level will be in between intermediate to advanced. Each class will vary. These classes are ideal for clients who have consistently practiced and have a good understanding of the principles of pilates as well as how to navigate the equipment.

3-5 intermediate reformer classes at Pilates 13 or other Reformer & Equipment Pilates training. Not recommended for beginners.

An advanced pilates class for those who know the basic pilates principles and have followed consistently intermediate & standard classes. In this class we focus on technique, challenging coordination, balance, and control.

Harcore Class

This class is more dynamic pilates featuring high energy 55 minute workouts. Incorporating the pilates reformer & equipment. This is a more high intensity class that uses props and great music to keep you engaged and entertained while you work that core more.

Recommended prerequisite:
1-3 standard pilates classes at pilates 13 or other Reformer & Equipment Pilates training

Our HIIT classes are designed to burn calories , fat and increase fitness levels. This workout is ideal for those who want to feel the burn and sweat! The class will be split in to machine work and some floor work with a cool down and stretching section at the end.
